Facts:  G is a 30 year old native of Guatemala who entered the U.S. on a visitor’s visa as a child.  Five years ago, G met the woman who would become his wife and mother to his son.  The night they met, G joked that L, his wife, would become his future ex-girlfriend.  Five years, a baby boy, and a marriage later, G is thankful that his prediction never came true!

Legal assessment:  G  is eligible for a green card through his marriage to his wife, who is a U.S. citizen. The couple needs help preparing and filing the required paperwork with the government so that their young family can stay together.
